Q: How does one find a part that they need?

There are a few options to get the information you are seeking. You can simply type the: Year, Make, and Model information for the parts you require into the quote form and then send us an email which will be promptly answered by one of our Parts Specialists, providing you a written trail of the parts’ costs. You can also call us at our office and request a rapid phone quote which we can generally give you while you are on the phone in 10 minutes or less.


Q: How do I know if the part I order will fit my vehicle?

We know that it can be confusing and difficult to be sure you are buying the part for your vehicle that you actually need. That is why we will take as much time as necessary to be certain that you are double-sure you are getting the right part. We will walk you through the process and we often recommend that you have your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) with you so we can research your Make/Model/Yr. and be 100% sure about the part you need.

Q: What do all these abbreviations mean?

A.T. – A vehicle with Automatic Transmission
Amp – The Amperage
Cal or Calif - A vehicle that meets California emissions
Canada mkt – Made for sale in Canada
Cyl. – The Cylinder
DOHC – the dual over head cam
Eng – The Engine
EXC - Except
Fed - A vehicle that meets federal emissions standards

Q: How do I buy a part?

Click the PARTS REQUEST button on the bar at the bottom of this page and fill in the form : “Contact Us For The Lowest Part Price” identifying the part you need as best you can and we will get you an immediate quote for the Part(s) you require.

Please include your: Best Phone Number, your State and the Address where you want the part sent. Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash if you stop by our office in person or send it via messenger. We do not accept any COD’s, wire transfers, personal checks or money orders.


Q: Do I need to pay Tax on my parts purchases?

Shipments in New York State to individuals who are not re-sellers with a valid resale certificate, must pay sales tax as required by law.


Q: When will my Part be shipped?

Most items are on the shelf and ready to be shipped right away however some items are still on the vehicle. In this case it may take a few extra business days for your part to be taken off the vehicle. If you’re buying a freight item, please allow an extra business day for the item to be packaged.


Q: How will my Part be shipped?

All small items are generally sent via United Parcel Service ground. We test and inspect each item and carefully pack them. If your part is an oversized freight item (engine, transmission, axle, etc.) it will be packaged and wrapped on a pallet and shipped with a professional insured shipping company.


Q: Can I pickup my Part?

Pick up is an option on a case by case basis. You must call our Parts Specialist and discuss this before your purchase.


Q: I need a part that I don’t see listed on your website. Can you get it for me?

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF MY PART ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If you receive a part that is damaged, you must sign for the shipment as "received damaged". The shipping company will then be responsible for the damaged part. After signing for and receiving the part, contact our customer service team by phone: 212-431-5011, and a parts professional will assist you with the damage claim and part replacement process. Please have your invoice number available when you call or email us.


Q: WILL YOU SHIP FREIGHT ITEMS TO CANADA OR OUTSIDE THE USA?

atozcarparts.com will arrange to ship your part(s) world-wide.


Q: WILL THERE BE A HANDLING FEE FOR MY ORDER?

Sometimes there is a fee built into the final quote we give you for the part you have requested. This small fee will cover packaging materials and the insurance costs needed to provide safe arrival of your purchase. This is included with our shipping charge.


Q: CAN I ARRANGE MY OWN SHIPPING?

Yes, International Customers can arrange there own shipping, we will ship to all local PORT OR FREIGHT BROKERS here.


Q: WHY WAS MY ORDER DELAYED?

Your order was likely delayed because atozcarparts.com was missing important information needed to process your order.
  • A working cell or phone number must be provided.
  • If parts are shipped that require truck shipment: seats, engines, transmissions, running boards, bumpers, etc., we must have a commercial business name, a valid physical address, and a daytime telephone number or we cannot ship.
  • We will not ship to a P.O. Box or an APO.
  • There may be a possible problem with your payment or the information supplied for the payment.

Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY AUTO PARTS ORDER?

You can expect most packages to be delivered to their destination within FIVE to TEN BUSINESS DAYS! Perhaps less time if you are close to where we are shipping your Part from.

Orders are processed within 24 business hours after full payment has been received and items will leave our facilities within 2 business days after processing.

Tracking info is provided 24-48 hours after your item has been shipped. A notification is sent via e-mail with tracking information. Please be sure you have provided a current email address and check your "junk" email as communications from ATOZCARPARTS.COM Online may not make it past all spam filters.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Q: IF A PART DOESN'T FIT, CAN I RETURN IT?

Yes you can.

Q: I believe I can also buy similar parts that are listed through you on eBay. Should I consider buying them on eBay? Will I get a better deal there?

We have nothing against Ebay. However, we strongly urge you to buy from people who have experience in customer service and who have been in the car business for many years. You generally will not know a lot about who you are dealing with on Ebay as they do not let sellers post information about their company’s websites in their Ebay listings! This is because Ebay does not want their buying customers (that is YOU) to be able to find the parts’ sellers to deal with them on a direct basis--which would enable YOU to negotiate a better deal for your parts purchase.

Ebay makes their profits on every deal by charging sellers approximately 4% of each sale (there are also listing fees, photo fees, Buy-It-Now fees, etc.), plus they force sellers to only accept Paypal for payments and Paypal charges sellers approximately 4% of each sale causing sellers to require higher prices to compensate them for their higher costs when they sell on Ebay.

Furthermore, when you as a buyer are forced to use PayPal to pay for your parts (all transactions require Paypal on Ebay), you have almost no consumer protection rights if your part does not work properly as Paypal rarely if ever gets involved in buyers’ disputes with sellers! You must rely entirely on the Sellers’ good heart and willingness to reimburse you or exchange the part that did not work properly!

What if you are not satisfied? What if they won’t take the part back or exchange it? What if they blame you for the parts’ problems? You cannot cancel your Paypal payment as you can any credit card payment! So you must rely on the power of Prayer. . .and your good luck!

Or you can buy from legitimate vehicle parts sellers with all the consumer protections you get from purchases with your credit card. You decide.
